    • Assist with the development of strategy and content for social media promote and track media coverage
    • Oversee the production of the annual report
    • Create, update, and maintain press kits and media materials

Pickup & Delivery Foot Courier 

Under general supervision, the Pick Up & Delivery Foot Courier provides customer service activities by picking up and delivering orders to and from FedEx Office centers and customer’s place of business. Responsibilities primarily are accomplished by traversing the city, by foot or mass transit when necessary, to pick up and deliver orders. The ability to walk and stand continuously during shift is required for this position. The Pick Up and Delivery Foot Courier will receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher via a hand held device. The dispatcher will have the ability to add or remove stops from the route as needed. The Pick Up and Delivery Foot Courier may also be asked to perform other duties within a FedEx Office center, if there is a period of time where they are not assigned any pick-up/delivery activity.



  • Serve the customer in an efficient, polite, professional and upbeat manner while making deliveries to their homes and businesses
  • Ability to safely navigate a delivery truck within New Jersey and New York City (including all five boroughs)
  • Manage a planned delivery schedule with minimal exceptions without interruption to customers
  • Exhibit a high standard for performance, attendance and teamwork
  • Ensure that food safety/sanitation and workplace safety practices are adhered to throughout the scope of the job
  • Accurately record route information and organize paperwork (invoices, coupons, etc.)
  • Ability to load and unload trucks as needed.
